Manufacturing exceptional quality tyres and tubes for bicycles, motorcycles, scooters and three wheelers at highly competitive prices is our core business even as we diversify into new segments of technology driven products including consumer durables.

Our seven state-of the-art manufacturing plants are the spine of our businesses. Of these, four are based in Ludhiana, Punjab, one in Gurgaon, Haryana, and two in Noida, NCR. Equipped with up-to-date production facilities, these manufacturing units are fully geared for producing large volumes of superior quality products. We have a total installed capacity to produce 30 million tyres and 30 million tubes on an annual basis.
With all our seven manufacturing plants ISO 9001:2008 certified, the Metro Group proudly conforms to ISO standards in all its units and meets Indian and international standards for our various products, viz., ISI, ASTM, T&RA, JATMA and ETRTO.
Established in 1977, our chain plant produces an entire range of bicycle chains sold under premium brand names - METRO, VELO and ORTEM. The installed capacity of 7.5 Million chains per annum, includes single speed, multi speed and heavy duty cycle chains.
